TR-1023 series is an ortho benzene type unsaturated polyester resin (modified) with moderate reactivity, pre promotion, thixotropy, good glass fiber wettability, stable curing speed, and good construction performance. It has excellent water resistance and excellent comprehensive mechanical strength, making it suitable for the production of large-sized FRP products such as engine hood, automotive components, cooling towers, etc. using hand lay-up/spray molding processes.
Among them, TR-1023WW is a winter type suitable for November March (below 15 ℃);
TR-1023MM series spring and autumn type, suitable for April May, September October (15-25 ℃);
TR-1023SS is a summer type suitable for June August (above 25 ℃).

1) The casting sample preparation method shall be executed according to GB/T8237-2005; Temperature 25 ℃; Curing system: Curing agent AKZO M-50 1.5%.
2) Post casting curing treatment: room temperature × 24 hours+60 ℃ × 3 hours+80 ℃ × 2 hours;
4、 Precautions:
1. Users should select corresponding types of resins based on specific environmental conditions and construction process requirements;
2. This product is a thixotropic resin, and settling during storage is a normal phenomenon. Before use, please stir it evenly in the packaging barrel or pour out all the resin in the packaging barrel and stir it evenly before use.
3. During transportation, it should comply with Chapter 5 of the State Council's "Regulations on the Safety Management of Chemical Dangerous Goods" regarding the transportation and loading and unloading of chemical dangerous goods. The product should be stored in a cool place below 25 ℃, avoiding ignition and isolating heat sources. The shelf life for storage below 25 ℃ is 3 months.
